Due to the Special Handling required by our Carriers, some products may incur an additional delivery charge or may not be available for delivery by this service.
If your order contains products that will incur an extra charge or cannot be sent by our Carrier, you will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail before your order is processed.
Examples include: Cable Orders, Solar Panels, Items over 2.0m in length.
Special arrangements will be made by us for bulk deliveries, to ensure that the most economical service is used.
Subject to stock availability, goods can be made available for collection from our Trade Counter. If for any reason we cannot make the goods available for collection we will contact you by email or telephone.
