Court Case Settled:
Scolmore (International) Limited and The Premspec Group Limited, Dean Electrical Wholesale Limited and Mr Dennis Boseley have settled their dispute
over Premspec and Dean Electrical Wholesale's use of Scolmore’s trade marks in relation to the importation and sale of what have been found to be counterfeit versions of Scolmore’s CMA036 double socket products.
Premspec, Dean Electrical and Mr Boseley accept that this amounted to trade mark infringement, which they regret and for which they have paid compensation to Scolmore.
Premspec, Dean Electrical and Mr Boseley have also undertaken to not in future commit any further acts of trade mark infringement.
